The US Fish and Wildlife Service plan on burning a little over 350 acres on Saturday at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge in north Denver. Smoke will again be visible for surrounding areas. Smoke is expected to move from northeast to southwest once ignitions get started at approximately 10:00am MST. Although most of the smoke is expected to remain aloft, some brief periods of light to moderate smoke will be possible for some areas southwest of the Arsenal, including the Commerce City area. When smoke is present, please take steps to protect your health.
